Missouri State Specific

This course is designed for "out of state"real estate licensees who are looking to get a Missouri Real Estate license. For most licensees in another state, you will need to take the state-specific examination.  

If you currently hold a real estate license in another state and are looking to take the "state" specific portion of the exam, you can do so from this course.  All of the information you need to prepare and take the Missouri "state" only examination is available from this course.

PLEASE CALL THE MISSOURI REAL ESTATE COMMISSION BEFORE ENROLLING IN THIS COURSE TO DETERMINE IF THIS IS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO GET A MISSOURI REAL ESTATE LICENSE. REQUIREMENTS MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND THE TYPE OF LICENSE YOU CURRENTLY HOLD IN YOUR STATE.
