You’ll receive a link to the student school site where your course materials are located.

Step 3: Watch my welcome and instruction video
I’ll walk you through the process step by step, show you where everything is, and explain exactly what to do next.

Step 4: Start your coursework right away
In most cases, you can begin within minutes after signing up.

Step 5: Complete your course requirements
Work through the required lessons, videos, quizzes, and other materials needed for your state.

Step 6: Get instructions for the next step
As you move through the course, I’ll continue to provide guidance, study tips, study aids, and helpful reminders so you know what to do next.

Step 7: Apply to take your state exam
After completing the required coursework, you’ll follow your state’s process to apply for the licensing exam.

Step 8: Prepare for exam success
I’ll be with you every step of the way with additional support, exam tips, and study resources to help you feel prepared and confident.

Step 9: Pass your exam
Once you pass the state exam, you’ll be ready for the next step in becoming licensed.

Step 10: Apply for your real estate license
After passing, you’ll submit your license application according to your state’s requirements.

Step 11: Begin your real estate career
Once licensed, you’ll be ready to move forward and begin selling real estate.
