Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 1 day. Unfortunately due to the nature of our course and its educational content, we cannot allow refunds after the first day OR if the course has accessed greater than the first three modules, whichever occurs first.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
If you have purchased the course and it has never been used, meaning that your course shows 0% completion in our learning management system, we may, at the Owner and Administrators discretion, offer a partial refund. We are always willing to reset your start date or allow you to transfer the course to another person, as long as we are able to show that you have never accessed the course.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund or partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
Since our course is an online learning management system, you will receive your login information via email after purchasing the course. This login email will direct you towards getting started in the online learning management system.
